A visit with Alexander

One of the nice things about working from home are things like this.....

It's always nice to see the two cousins together.

Baby girl is 4 months

I can't believe it, but Avery is already 4 months old!  The time is going by so fast- even faster than it did with Hayden, but that probably because we are that much more busy having 2.   Avery is a pretty happy baby- she loves giving out the smiles and laughing at her big brother.

Her stats at her 4 month Dr appointment were: 13 pds 3 oz and 24 1/2 inches long.

She holds her head up really well and is rolling over.

Our cutie!

A few pictures of both the kids.

Lauren Visits

We got lucky this year and were able to have Lauren come visit us earlier than we normally get to see her. She was only with us for 4 days, but it was so nice to have her here.  To make the visit even more special, she got to meet Avery for the first time.  It was wonderful to see the two sisters together.  Lauren loved spending time with Avery and even helped out taking care of her.  So of course while Lauren is with us, we had to TRY and get a few photo's of the kids.  Let's just say that we tried.  These 3 are tough subjects to photograph alone, not to mention together. It was a rough photo shoot, but we will not give up!  These are the best that we got.  Enjoy!

Happy New Year!

For our New Year's Day, we had a day of visiting with family. Our first stop was to visit with Shauna and Tracey and to welcome home their new arrival, Keslar.  At only 3 days old and her first full day at home, she was awake and ready to entertain.

Keslar is making Avery look a little pale, don't you think!

Pictured: Best Friends and future best friends!

Our next stop was to visit with Nana and Papa.  Mark and Nicole were also there to celebrate the new year.

Avery and her cousin Alexander were having a lot of fun hanging out together.

All in all we kicked off the new year right- spending time with family!  We hope everyone has a healthy and happy 2011!
